Shipping & Delivery
Every PetGry product is made to order, so delivery has two steps: production and dispatch, then transit to you.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery may be available for selected pin codes. If it is available for your address, you will see it at checkout.
